The bouquet is complex, the wood neatly embroidered, with subtle aromas of walnut, almond and smoke, slightly Meursault-like in style perhaps. The palate is fresh on the entry with crisp acidity, subtle tropical tones of fresh grapefruit, mango and spice. The acidity is very well judged and it feels harmonious and sensual on the long, tender finish.
